Write-Up: What a year 1999 was for many genres including plain Pop. As much as I don't like the genre as a whole, there are sadly many examples I have to appreciate. Boy bands had somewhat re-surged and the Backstreet Boys were enjoying plenty of success at this point in their careers with Millennium possibly becoming their greatest selling album. I never owned a copy and that's the truth but that didn't stop me from getting overexposed to the band. It seemed like most of the girls I even had an interest in, owned and were listening to this album. There are a few other songs of theirs that could have ended up in this ranking but I must have subconsciously left any more of them out. This is unfortunately all you get from me if you are a Backstreet fan. ====================================
