I'm not sure if I'm actually better off using a high-level dragon for the resistance or Raikou since Raikou almost got KO'd before getting WC off ftw. EvilMegas posted... Luckily I have like 20 pokestops on base so I get 2 or 3 team rocket stops a day. Wait, I thought everyone got a shiny latios from this event. Was I just that lucky?
