Topic | Whats wrong with only eating fast food and processed food? |

Processed foods are often artificially flavoured, so their flavours are much more intense than more natural foods. If you're used to those flavours then natural foods like veggies will taste bland to you. The fix is to stop eating as much (ideally, all) processed stuff and get on the whole food train. As with anything, though, you're setting yourself up for failure if you try to change too much all at once. Make it more gradual by limiting yourself to two "cheat" foods per day or something, with the goal of eliminating them altogether. --- Though the fear of death is a common one, the fear of life is a more rational one. ...
