Itll just make it so new ones keep popping up... Well, from ranchers. The first priority should be putting out the fires that are already there. Also, most of the forest is being cut down for ranches. As soon as that stops, loggers will most likely still cut down a lot. Meaning the deforestation will still happen. And could probably still cause fires. And even if some people (or even a good amount) slows down or stops eating meat, its not like the meat industry will stop overnight. It would probably take over a year before they even notice that meat isnt as profitable. Meaning this will still be going on. The best solution is to probably just banned Brazilian beef until they figure out a solution and let people enjoy their meat from other places...
