Breath of the Wild actually did better in the most recent "What is your favorite Zelda game?" poll than it did in the one they did shortly after it released, so I don't think so. To be fair, though, this is probably because BotW was less than 3 months old at the time, and it takes GameFAQs a lot of doing to be convinced to play a new game.
