It's not going to just all of a sudden going to be full city price in cheap areas. It's a balancing act. One side slowly goes up, and the other goes down. They're not going to just both go up due to this population flow. (It will still go up due to natural house appreciation and inflation obviously though). Also, there's just too many people who crave crowds.
