IT's just for people who don't have time and want a different experience!" who then go dead silent when you mention cheat codes supplying that function for free for 30 years. 2) without mtx or dlcs the video game industry will go bust Game development is way too expensive to sustain without mtx or dlcs Also false and we have this from the horses mouth. Several gaming companies have flat out said to their investors that the money they make from DLCs and microtranactions are gravy. They wouldn't risk making the games if this wasn't true. The only games that require DLC and Microtranctions to exist are Free 2 Play games that follow the mobile gaming model. And they probably shouldn't exist. Its fact Saying "Its fact" afterwards doesn't make a lie accurate. and at the end of the day the internet or reddit only represents 10% of gamers The other 90% dont give a shit and buy mtx and dlcs Which is one of the reasons why they are complaining and you're angry at them for it. I don't agree with your logic of "It's wrong to have opinions on things if a lot of people don't care" that seems very childish. I actually feel the complete opposite of the way you do. I think people should be more critical of the gaming industry, not less. Gaming companies are routinely doing weird and immoral shit that they get a pass on because the media doesn't look at them. Following that up by being angry at the people pointing out the immorality... just seems like madness to me. I mean we're literally talking about selling gambling to children and you're angry not at the people who are doing it but the people who are upset by it....
