The thing about Quidditch is that everything about it is utterly pointless aside from chasing the Snitch. A team that can consistently catch the thing could ignore all the other aspects of the game and win every time. The best part about this argument is that she clearly was expecting it and planned the whole part about the Quidditch World Cup in the fourth book as a response. I haven't read the fourth book since I was a kid, how did she address it?
