It was a debit card. Anyway, this is one of those situations where everyone sucks. Waitress was bad at her job, customer was a petty jackass, senator was out of line. People who dont tip are an inevitability. They are trashy, up their own ass and lack anything resembling class. But what are you going to do? Society is always going to have shitty people.
