Yeah, while I do think the Gamecube controller is good for Smash, I refuse to use it for anything other than Gamecube. The last time I played a Smash game was Brawl and I only ever used the wii mote + nunchuk. The only time I used a GC controller on the Wii was for GC games I was playing on it.
