You still need some kind of organization that can perpetuate itself, because someone has to take care of things after you're dead.

You could have literally all the money in the world, but our current level of technology and manufacturing makes it nearly impossible to build a self-sustaining system that literally cannot fail, cannot be tampered with, and cannot ever run out of power. Entropy is pretty much inevitable, and whatever system you establish (whether we're talking about the technology or the people) will eventually break down if you're not there to maintain it.

And even if you could build something like that, you'd almost have to hide it away in a bunker somewhere, where it would likely be lost and future advanced civilizations would never find you to revive you anyway, assuming they ever exist in the first place.
