If you go with her, you're marrying her, plain and simple. If you stay behind, then what? Remember that it's hard on her too and she's as confused as you are. She only feels tied to Toronto because she loves you and doesn't want to leave you behind, seeing as you're very important to her. She knows you're not sold on the idea. Just go with her.
