There are several different classes of people who have a statistical highly than average likelyhood to be involved in violence... Doesn't mean they will, but why take the chance by letting them own guns? Felons are a prime example is all. Also I'm pretty sure murder has the lowest recidivism rate of most crimes, and yet I wouldn't say they should have assess to guns. Before that I was talking specifically about nonviolent felons though, who you could say have no recidivism rate at all since they've never hurt anyone physically before. --- Nil- ...
