No offense... From my own perspective it's something to do with coordination and forcing your body to stay calm. If you can't do the whole head turn breathe part it becomes difficult really fast. This takes some practice and some just can't seem to do it. I personally haven't been in a pool for a very long time and never really practiced. Could probably do it if I tried, but I'm not seeking a pool... it has dead wasp and leaves in it. ): The other is panic of sorts, some just shut down or can't control themselves. That part is a bit harder, as it's psychological. Those are the only 2 excuses I can think of. Psychological barrier or lack of coordination. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
