The places can't be overcrowded without there being an overwhelming influx of illegal immigration and asylum claims, lawyers clogging the system up with appeals, and political red tape. There are solutions that exist that don't include letting everyone in. That is where you come off as using the situation for political goals. You don't care about the conditions of the people there because you refuse to accept any solutions that aren't your own to fix them. Tell me how someone is coming through multiple nations for asylum from their nation yet are ending up in the United States. This is not considered an asylum immigrant. As if leaving their country was the reason, they could have stopped in any country in between.
