Topic	How often do you eat fast food?

If anyone wants to quit their fast food addiction, eat the same thing for like a week. You'll never want that specific thing again. I did that with Salisbury steak as a kid. The smell makes me want to throw up... Doesn't work with fast food, though. Like I may want to stop for a little while. Then I'll go back to it. Not that I would want to do that to myself...
