I haven't had it in about 3 weeks. Last time I ate fast food was at the very end of June. I'll get it once or twice a month, depending on busy things are. For one big reason, don't want to buy it often because it is so expensive.

Last time we went to Wendy's, it was nearly $40 to feed 2 adults, one teen and for one kid's meal. That's insane to me.

Leg and thigh for 1.19. So I get three of those and a large red beans and rice. The total is $8.61 Can't beat that.

Maybe once every two weeks? I typically only end up having it if it's been one of those days where everything goes wrong.

They are cheap. And they do get you food quick. When I have no time, which is like all the time, I can get a quick meal to sate my appetite... Haha.

Not very often, but I did have McDonalds today because I was at work longer than I wanted to be so didn't feel like cooking.

What I really wanted was some wings and fries, but man, wing prices have gone up apparently.

I did that with Salisbury steak as a kid. The smell makes me want to throw up... Doesn't work with fast food, though. Like I may want to stop for a little while. Then I'll go back to it. Not that I would want to do that to myself... I may need to eat that fast food again...

I go through phases, when I was growing up we were on the poorer side. So we would buy/make what ever was on sell. So one week would be chilidogs, the next would be a HUGE amount of chicken and dumplings, spaghetti, or something else like that.

Now that I am doing okay, it followed suit where I will eat the same thing for a week or two then move on to the next.

I'm not quite sure what qualifies as fast food. It could be anywhere from a few times a month to a few times a year, depending. Like, does counter service where you get the food in 5-10 minutes count?

Wouldn't work.
Actually getting stuck on eating the same thing is a problem I have.

When I was living with my dad as a teen we ate out every night and I didn't get start getting mildly sick of it until after a month or 2. I'd get sick of it less quickly now that I just don't have energy. lol

I'd guess about 3-4 times a month, not like once a week though. Spacing is weird.

I have been fast food free for 5 months. Used to be 2-4 times a week. I got some cookbooks, and try new recipes as often as I can. Ended up losing 50ish lbs.

Twice a week probably, mainly on weekends, sometimes 1 or 3. I usually have normal food plus a snack or 2.

I like to grab a Filet-o-Fish meal on my way home from my monthly mindfulness meditation psychotherapy sessions, because not only am I usually too tired to make anything to eat after that, I have to miss my usual teatime caregiver visit those days due to the timing, & my nearest McDonald's is right on my way home, so I wind up using far less energy if I just grab something once in a while.

If I have to go to Accident & Emergency (our equivalent of the ER) for something, I have a habit of popping into the pizza place across the road from the hospital when I'm done, too, & snagging myself a little 7" Hawaiian. I love their pizza, & I don't often get over to that side of the city anymore - since getting my wheelchair, I wind up having to go to A&E/the ER much less often than I used to, once a year if that - & I figure I deserve a treat & something warm to eat on my way home after an always-lengthy-&-painful hospital trip, especially if it's late & chilly out. Why not?

In short, I limit how much fast food I ever eat because, being a wheelchair user, I can do very little exercise of any kind, tire easily, & can't lose whatever weight I gain, thanks to my impaired mobility & overexertion blackouts. It's not that I don't like fast food, I'd willingly eat more of it, if I could exercise!

Too often. About 4 or 5 times/week. I either give in and get something during lunch hour at work or my wife asks me to pick up something on the way home if she doesnt wanna cook something for dinner.

4-6 times a week. Mostly during lunch at work because I don't often bring my own lunch. And hell, sometimes on Friday nights because I'm too lazy to cook and clean. I just want to eat something and enjoy my Friday evening after a long work week.

Though when I start this job it will probably increase as I understand its common for someone to go around collecting orders and the money for them and go out and get everyone something to eat. I actually hope to be to guy who ends up doing that often as otherwise you arent allowed to leave the job site even on break.

For me id plan on making sure to tell whatever place im at to please take all the time they need. One because fuck it i want it to take longer and two ive been that fast food worker having to fill the order of prison guards. Its annoying as fuck cause it all has be wrapped in plastic wrap instead of the paper they normally use.
