Topic	Jury is TORN whether to send AMERICAN to DEATH for DECAPITATING a CHINESE Girl!

I'm guessing some on the jury are just opposed to capital punishment in general, b/c anyone who isn't opposed to it would readily admit this dude deserves it. And it's frustrating how we frequently see defendants beg for life in prison, cut plea deals to take the death penalty off the table, etc... and yet the people who oppose death penalty will still claim life in prison is a "worse" sentence, despite the constant examples of it clearly not being considered worse. <cite>streamofthesky posted [p:924836493] in Jury is TO...
