Thirteen is just overkill. Like, if you can think back on a show and actually struggle to remember a single time where you smiled or laugh...then that should say a lot on how you feel, IMO. To be fair, Cromartie has half-length episodes (12 minutes compared to the normal 24 minutes most anime have) so I've actually given it 4 normal episodes worth of time to impress me so far.
