Maybe something will change down the road, but Yoshi shouldn't have eliminated Protect, for one thing. Once I play the game again it'll be straight-up tanking or dps for me. the defensive aspect of protect is now just baked into everyone automatically without it having to be cast. literally the only thing that changes is that you don't have to waste a gcd reapplying it when someone dies. same thing with tank stances no longer providing damage mitigation.... that damage mitigation is just baseline now. --- https://imgur.com/LabbRyN raytan and Kana are on opposite ends of the Awesome Spectrum. ...
