Eggs are too useful in cooking/baking imo. Eggs are easy to substitute in baking and cooking those were the things I missed the most initially but I don't even think about it now Byproducts support the same industry, require the same exploitation, and contribute to the same environmental damage. Supporting some of it despite opposition to those things didn't make sense LinkPizza posted... Nothing important happened for me today...
