Just finished, I actually thought that was worse than S2 and way worse than S1. Still enjoyable but the series has really gone downhill since the amazing first season.
I had two major problems. One was the lame drama shoehorned in between everyone. There wasn't a single relationship that wasn't plagued by some fight over dumb things that really shouldn't matter considering the situation they're in. I also didn't like how the Mind Flayer plot and the Russian plot seemed like two completely disconnected stories with only one flimsy thing linking them together. Like, the gate being slightly open was what let the Mind Flayer operate but that's it. It didn't feel like enough. The Russians never even learned the Mind Flayer existed. ---
