So my wife has just started getting into anime and I'm not sure what I should have her try.

She started with One Piece cause it was my favorite and she was curious. She absolutely loves it and is caught up.

Then she tried Fruits Basket and finds it hilarious and is really enjoying that.

We are halfway through FMA:B and she likes it but definitely not as much as the other two.

Comedy/silliness seems to be a big plus for her. Any recommendations for stuff on crunchyroll or Netflix for her to try?

Shoujo/Jousei stuff:
Ouran High School Host Club
Princess Jellyfish
Kimi ni Todoke
Chihayafuru
Honey and Clover (though it gets more dramatic/melodramatic as it goes on)
Nodame Cantabile
Survival Games Club
My Love Story (well, I've heard positive things about it, haven't watched it yet though)

other comedy stuff:
Azumanga Daioh
School Rumble
Barakamon
Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru/And Yet the Town Moves
Hidamari Sketch
Konosuba
Monthly Shoujo Nozaki-kun
Non Non Biyori
Himoto Umaru-chan
Tonari no Seki
Kawai Complex Guide to Manors and Hostel Behavior

might require a bit higher of a hikkineet/otaku power level to resonate with:
Watamote
Welcome to the NHK

can't really say if any of them are on netflix since I don't suscribe, but I think most of them would be on crunchy/hidive/funimation. main exception is probably Nodame Cantabile, since I only remember seeing it on Crackle a few years ago.
