Yeah but plenty dont need the $1000 surplus. So I just dont think it should be completely universal. Why give 1000 a month to someone making 70 grand a year or more. It should be just for people making under a certain amount but even then you would need to break it up into a shit load of income brackets for it to be fair for everyone.
