-The overall direction in this title is very good. It moves along at pretty much a perfect pace. But I also think that the main characters don't quite have the charisma that really draws me to them. Like, the show presents it as they have it, but it's kind of forced down your throat. I also think, at least right now, it lacks a big dramatic element (somewhat like Nana), to really pull things together.

Sarazanmai (Dropped Episode 4)
-I think anyone who sees like one episode of this and has been watching anime for a while knows that this is a Kunihiko Ikuhara project, or at least can identify that this is by the guy who did shows like Utena and Penguindrum. A lot of his projects have this kind of social issues/conversations etc type feel to it and not all of them really hit the mark. I feel like maybe he went a little too far all in here. I felt like this was more him screaming something as loud as possible and just dropping random twist on twist on us rather than having an excellent ending after loads of character development and story build up like we got in Penguindrum.

Attack on Titan S3 part 2 (9/10)
-Not sure why this has to be like S3 part 2 officially, but okay. If we go back to like S2, I have liked not loved AoT after the first season. Even the first part of S3 I think had a lot of issues, and it was not until Krista's arc where I really started to really take notice that the show was becoming more than just good. The this part is great, lots of good Titan battles, and they don't waste a lot of time with unneeded political stuff, which is important to the overal story, but not the the extent where they focus on it. I do think that the last two episodes might have been able to combine into 1, but right now this is the best show that technically started airing this season.

Hold overs
The Rising of Shield Hero (7/10)
-In terms of like how fun this is to watch I put it kind of like where slime is. I really like the main cast and the journey together. But I'm also not a fan of just how far they go to make almost every other major character a complete jerk even outside the realm of believability. It's like no one is just a neutral party, you either hate the shield hero or you really like him. Even like Sword and Bow, who pretty early on have suspicions that Naofumi might not be that bad of a guy just end up being huge asses at the end. I know in the LN the entire main cast goes through some pretty heavy changes and I'm wondering if we'll ever see this get a second season.

Dororo (9/10)
-I debated giving this a 10 (the last 10 I gave was to Revue Starlight), but determined that the quality drop overall in the second half was a little too noticeable to ignore. But that aside this anime is a joy to watch. Both visually and thematically it's very different from a lot of stuff airing now (likely due to the age of the source material). I really liked how grounded the entire cast is in a world with demons and such as a common thing. Characters typically did not do things outside of the realm of what I believe they would do. This is, unfortunately, an amazon prime title, so it's likely not to reach as many eyes as I think it should.
