How are you still failing to realize that if the electoral college purely represented the people that trump would've lost because of the popular vote. What are you even trying to argue at this point? Lol
A state can be split pretty evenly yet one candidate gets all the electoral votes for that state. That's not directly representative of the all the people by any means

All I did was correct you when you suggested that Trump won "3/4 of the states", as though that meant anything. Again, if states were all that mattered, Trump's victory would have been a landslide; here in the real world, he lost the popular vote and barely scraped out a win in what was easily the narrowest margin of victory in any presidential election of the last 50 years that didn't include George W. Bush.
The number of states you win doesn't matter - how many electoral college votes those states have matters. Hence why you can win a majority of the states and still lose the election handily.

Yet trump also got 74% of the electoral votes making it also 3/4ths overall as well . Keep arguing about nothing because you're upset that trump won by a landslide though if it makes you feel better
