Fuck that. Why should I have to hide and pretend other LGBTQ people don't exist? Why should I accept the refusal of teaching of basic relationships to kids because some religious arse wipes refuse to move with modern times.
You shouldn't accept anything that violates your rights. If you attacked then fight back. But you don't have to demand everyone loving you, or else you no better than religious freaks. Live and let live is the best policy imo

Just ignoring horrible behaviour allows it to fester and continue. People deserve to be treated with basic dignity and asking for that is not too much. The fact people get so upset about being asked to just treat people like people is baffling and I don't get how it hurts any of them to just provide it, regardless of what they might actually think.
