Topic	A solution to "cop didn't have body camera turned on"

If gun is not in the holster, the body camera automatically turns on. That doesn't solve the problem at all when basically all context to the shooting is before the gun is out of the holster. You'd be creating a situation where almost all of these things favor a narrative against the cop, because the video is just going to be starting with somebody getting shot.
