Write-Up:
In to the 80's we go for the next tune and it's a One-hit-wonder. Who would have guessed? lol. I can't recall how many times I longed over a crush as a kid with this playing on the radio though. It's a pretty decent love song so I'm curious why Chris never really had another hit. I do like some of his other songs such as Don't Pay the Ferryman and A Spaceman came Traveling but they are an acquired listen if you will. He does like to tell stories through his music so I'm surprised he didn't have more success. If you want to hear a good example of his story telling you should try listening to Spanish Train or Rose of England. It's not fantastic but kind of sums up his style. Lady In Red believe it or not is kind of outside the box for the artist which must have been confusing for him when it topped the charts and nothing else he ever did could.
