Because allowing abortion to be the primary form of BC just breeds more irresponsibility. Also, every time a woman gets an abortion they accrue permanent damage to their uterus. Scar tissue and the like which leads to potential complications in the future. And if they ever decide to have children their chances of having miscarriage or stillborn grow. Also, disclosure. I'm not anti abortion.
