If the pregnancy was accidental and unwanted, it's her choice, but she should still try to be empathetic and try to console him if possible. But if she knew what she was signing up for and gave him her word and then got cold feet for a lame selfish reason and backed out at the last minute, while it's still her choice, she is in the wrong and should at least apologise and explain herself.
