Underleveled 06/11/19 11:36:48 PM #41:	Sakurai has made it pretty clear that he doesn't envision Waluigi as a playable character. When revealing his AT for both Brawl and Smash 4 he mocked the requests he gets for his inclusion. Toad could be interesting though if they make him like his SMB2 incarnation - a speedy powerhouse with a shit air game. Not to mention that even pre-Ultimate he was probably the most iconic first party character still waiting in the wings.
