Most news stories say that after the players finally calmed the crowd, and they got a hold of themselves that they cheered "KD" and clapped for him when he was able to get up off the court. News at 11. Crowds too into something can't take something into account right away and be classy. Almost like a minority owner shoving a player during a game. People get caught up.
