And I know if that happens, it's going to piss off probably half of them. But I don't care. I love Enemy so much. Enemy seems like a simple premise: Jake Gyllenhaall finds out that there is someone who looks just like him--an identical twin maybe--in the same city, and he attempts to find out who this person is. But as he's working through the mystery, reality starts to blur, you start to distrust the film itself as a narrator, and it devolves into a very abstract and surreal meditation on love and identity. I assure you that this will be divisive. But if you enjoy other unconventional narratives by people like David Lynch, Stanley Kubrick, Ingmar Bergman, et al., I think you will like this as much as I do. --- "A more mature answer than I expected."~ Jakyl25 "Sephy's point is right."~ Inviso ...
