She's actually a 4* T-doll (all of the previous limited drops from normal chapters were 3) with a self-buffing skill, so while she's still outclassed by the likes of G41 and Type 95/97, she can still be useful if you don't have those or if you want a similar AR but don't want to use a duplicate.
