No one is an unbiased source of information for anything. 99.99999% of people who are kickvic have done no level 1 research (and probably about 99% of those who do have also done none). Minds were made up when the ANN article dropped and all anything has done since is just widen the gap.

This is pretty accurate too, as biased as it would be for me to say that. I haven't seen much in the way of a defense for the case that doesn't have a lot of misinformation in it. Sometimes about the facts of the case, and sometimes just not understanding law in general, and sometimes just not understanding Texas law.

This topic is a pretty good example--I don't expect anyone to know that this is the kind of crap they need to send to a party before they can officially sue them, because it does come across as ridiculous, but sometimes the law is extremely ridiculous, especially when a dude does something as ridiculous as tweet 400+ times about somebody. But knowing that Vic's counsel had to write this and be so thorough about it so they don't lose on some ridiculous technicality makes it understandable.
