Because we should know that we're either lynching IGCD or Ulti today. We don't want to end the day before everyone has finished discussing this topic. We might also of course want to talk about some other topics. But scum have the advantage of information. If everyone has had their chance to say their piece, then more talking could possibly lead to giving scum more information. I've reached the point where I've decided who I want to vote for. I have an idea of who I might vote for tomorrow. I would rather it be tomorrow when I talk more about it. But others maybe still want to discuss stuff.
