Topic	Why do people still go to college?

Where I live people either work, get welfare(like me) go to community for 2 years and make something of their lives The ones that go to a 4 year makes no sense. Why? Wasting money on paper and sit in an office 9-5 wearing a suit? Besides you have to be smart and only the top 5% can do that and make more than min wage. Plus school is boring.
