Eating? Yes. Depriving your body of nutrients and fuel will lead to starvation as the body consumes fat for fuel. Once the fat reserves are gone, next is muscle. Next is organ failure.

Drinking water? Yes. Depriving your body of water will lead to dehydration and ultimately death.

Sleeping? Yes. Sleep deprivation can cause you to become less aware of your surroundings, impairs cognitive processes, and can lead to a multitude of health problems like high blood pressure, heart failure, and stroke.

Pooping. Yes. Not letting your colon purge waste can lead to impaired constipation and impaired bowel functions.

Peeing. Yes. Withholding your pee can cause the bacteria inside the urine to multiple and cause urinary tract infections.

Hypnoxing. No. Your body will continue to function normally whether or not you padswaddle the pawnee river.
