Hopefully I get partial credit for at least admitting I was wrong. If it makes you feel any better, it was slightly more thought out than throwing a dart at a board. I figured most people would pick the stereotypical Deep South States without much thought, and that the state that elected Sarah Palin couldn't possibly have already legalized recreational marijuana. It's a state that has been solid Republican for a quarter of a century, so I was just as surprised as I'm sure other people were to hear that it was already legal there. It should probably be federally legalized, but realistically I think you're going to have to see way more States legalize it independently before the federal government jumps in, and that will only be because so many states will be turning a profit on taxes and Washington will want to get in on that action. --- "History Is Much Like An Endless Waltz.
