If neither of the above conditions are met, I find it cruel and unusual punishment to bring a life into this world that will not be loved and cared for. Every child should be cherished and given love it's entire life, it is far, far worse to give birth to a baby and then ignore it and let it suffer, then to ensure the baby is never born. The obvious solution is to just make sure all children are adopted by loving parents, but since that has not worked throughout history, I suggest just ensuring no accidental pregnancies happen at all, and any aborptions that are performed include tying tubes etc, to ensure it does not happen again until desired. --- We are 4 oreos from Heaven!!!! ...
