Has anything like this been argued to be a violation of a defendants right to a jury of their peers? I feel like that has to have been a thing at some point my thoughts exactly. if i ever stand trial for anything i will ask for a judge's ruling and forego the dotards that end up on jurys. sorry, of you look at your average citizen... then i have no peers to judge me.
