Is she (or her cousin) really that spiteful or is there more to the story on his side? And the law really held it against him for pleading the fifth when the police interrogated him. I had a friend who went through a false accusation ordeal and he told the police everything that happened from the first night. It bolstered his defense because he repeated the same story months later as opposed to the "victim" who changed up stories at each questioning.
