Topic	Gf just broke up with me. Dunno what to do.

It takes time and I found that the first proper breakup was the worst. Keep busy. Do NEW things. Learn that it's possible to have new positive experiences without her in your life This was my biggest issue. All my thoughts were on the good times we had together and I would never have good times again without her. Once I started getting out and about and making new memories it started to get further and further back in my mind. Exactly what I did in this situation.
