The people responding aren't saying no because of the word Arabic. They're saying no because they think it's a different set of numerals. An additional set to what we already have. Being stupid is barely better than being racist. They're both bad. Not remembering some trivial and useless fact that may or may not have ever been mentioned during the very early days of one's schooling doesn't make that person stupid.
