Topic	How old were you when you get your drivers license?

I feel so much safer when someone else is driving. Failing my road test at the DMV shattered my confidence. Honestly, road tests aren't a great metric of driving ability. I very nearly failed mine because of a few instances of missed shoulder checks, all of which were because I'd been paying good enough attention to the road around me to know that nobody was there. When I finished, he asked me if I'd had a license before because I had bad habits like I'd been driving for a while (I hadn't, but I had been biking for several years, which amounted to road experience), but I still feel like that was less "bad habits" and more a matter of already having the intuition and spatial awareness needed to cut some corners.
