I had to get numerous leg and brain surgeries over the course of high school and was often on high dosage painkillers so I never was in any position to drive. Then when I was taking my graduation classes (those surgeries caused me to miss a lot of school and graduate two years late) my Grandpa was sick of having to drive me to and from school so he made me drive the car and a few months later I was able to take the test.
