I bought four tickets, it was 58$. Not 3d. I bought popcorn, two waters, three candies, 30 bucks. The previews are showing with no video, only sound. I go out there and tell them and theyre like itll come on just wait. It comes on finally about two minutes after the movie actually started.

I missed the start and its obvious its important. Okay whatever at least the movie is starting. Movie plays for.. maybe twelve minutes, just starts developing plot, screen goes out again. Another guy goes this time, tells them, they say there is a power outage somewhere and its affecting their screens (? Wtf?) and theyre giving out free passes outside as a refund, and the movie may come back on and it may not.

So we all leave and get our free passes and Im like I want my money back for all of the food I got and they look at me like Im crazy. Theyre like what was wrong with the food? And Im like I bought it to eat as I watched a movie, thats whats wrong with it. And theyre like I dont think we can do that. Im like manager, now. They say the manager is trying to get the shit fixed and Im like k give me my money back. They go ask the manager and the manager is like idc right now give them their money back so they come back and theyre like we need all of the items that you ordered (wtf?) so I go back in the theater and grab all of our stuff that we left there and theyre like this bag of snickers is almost gone we cant refund that

At this point Im going full Karen and Im like brah give me my money back and Im like either get a manager out here or give me my money back and hes like fuck it here and gives it to me

I probably shouldnt have made such a fuss, but fuck it
