She broke up by text B. Her reason was horseshit C. You are going to be okay. 4. Write a letter, telling her how much she hurt you, and how upset you are. Then burn it, to symbolically "release her". Then, write a new letter, about how you are going on with your life, WITHOUT mentioning her, the relationship, or anything related. 5.
