I decided I wanted to play it again, because while the story is garbage, it has the best game play out of any of the Bethesda Fallout. I've modded it with a bunch of lore friendly stuff, then spend two hours making my toon and deciding what her special stat spread was going to be.

I used the special book in Shaun's room to give intelligence an extra point, so with the way that point spread is, I should have access to all the basic crafting perks, and the important settlement ones. Also 6 luck for better criticals. Planning to be a sneaky sniper.
